Before You Write

How far ahead should we book?

Most teams lock a scouting slot four to eight weeks out so permits and shuttle dates fall into place. Summer passes go first, so an early plan always wins more options.

Do you support crews of any size?

We are built for the small team, and most of our expeditions move four to eight people. A bespoke two person probe or a larger operation needs a longer planning call with the dispatch desk.

Is there a deposit to hold a date?

A small deposit secures your expedition slot on the season calendar. The balance falls due before the trucks roll, and the full terms sit in the Terms of Service page for review.

How The Booking Process Works

Reach the field office by phone at +18488587694 or by email at order@pojoexplorations.lat. Tell us about your ground, your crew size and your open dates, then send a request through the form above. A coordinator replies within one working day with a proposed plan and a clear price, and once you accept, your expedition moves onto the season board with the deposit paid.

Pojo Explorations LLC schedules throughout the working year, so a team with flexible dates can often find a slot on short notice. Roads open first in the valleys, then the ridges follow as the passes shed their snow, and we align every scouting run to the window your ground will actually allow.
